Filling out an application gets the process started for our first – time riders.
2. Welcome to the Hive
Connect with us in a Welcome to the Hive session. We value personal connection and we’re pretty sure you do too! A brief conversation to help you and your kid understand what to expect and where to turn when you have questions.
3. Receive the BBiD
Receive the BBiD for your first ride. Part of our multi-factor authentication (MFA) process is providing a BBiD card that has your kid’s picture for visual identification for our drivers.
Our Safety Promise to You
When it comes to the transportation of your kid(s), it’s understood that safety is likely the most important consideration for you. It’s why our first contact is a live conversation with our team where we’ll detail the rigorous process that we put our drivers through to be approved. Background checks, safe driver training, anti-harassment training – all while under the continuous monitoring from in-vehicle cameras.
